The Standard Mild Steel Maize Dryer Machine, Three Phase, 50 Ton To 300 Ton Per Day dries maize for industry and suits large commercial sites. It processes between 50 and 300 tons each day - bulk grain moves through without delay. A fully automatic program controls the cycle plus operators do not need to watch every stage - the result stays the same from batch to batch. Mild steel forms the frame and a powder coat seals the surface against rust - the unit survives years of factory use. Heated air passes through the grain column at a set rate but also every kernel loses moisture until it reaches the target level - colour and germ remain intact. The installed motor draws five kilowatt hours per ton - the total power bill stays low. Maize processors, traders as well as warehouse firms install the dryer to raise daily output and to keep the finished grain ready for storage or direct sale.
