Product Details
The Agarbatti Heat Dryer dries agarbatti sticks in commercial incense plants. It handles 125 kg to 25 000 kg each day - small workshops and large factories both use it. The unit needs a 3-phase 415 V supply and runs without interruption. Rain or high humidity slow the process only slightly - a full load leaves the chamber dry in five to six hours. Operators choose among agro waste briquettes, coal, electricity, gas or steam heat exchangers as the heat source. Power settings shift to match the selected daily output. The machine spreads heat evenly through every stick - each batch leaves the chamber with the same low moisture content plus uniform quality.
