The Automatic Paddy Dryer, Capacity: 50 Ton To 150 Ton Per Day, Max Temperature: 120 Degree Celsius is designed for high-capacity drying of paddy in commercial rice processing units. Commercial rice plants use it for large scale drying. A sixteen to twenty horsepower motor drives the unit at 415 volts plus fifty hertz. The heat source comes from agro waste briquettes - fuel expense stays low and environmental impact remains small. Hot air never exceeds one hundred but also twenty degrees Celsius - each kernel loses excess moisture but stays intact. Energy use ranges from seven point four to eleven point two kilowatt hours per ton, which keeps running costs down. Grain leaves the dryer with uniform moisture, high daily output and stable quality.
