Product Details
Air tank furnish adequate air pressure for lining up incoming pipe joint. Conversion kits for various pipe sizes are available on request. Pipe Welding Pneumatic Clamp is adjusted to the required setting by SPM according to pipe wall thickness. Adequate line up at the next joint is assured by reserve air tank. Alloy steel wheels provided with clamps for smooth travelling. Pipe Welding Pneumatic Clamps are specially develop and built to withstand pipeline spread operations. Internal Pneumatic Pipe Line-Up Clamp assures a rapid, accurate alignment of two joints of pipe during the welding operation. Front and rear heads operate independently to lock the clamp into position. Specially designed shoes on each head exert pressure uniformly around the inside circumference of the pipe to maintain necessary alignment. Each pipe welding pneumatic clamp is easily and quickly adjusted for different pipe wall thickness. In order to joint pipes on site, these must be centered. In order to weld pipes on site, these must be centered. Pipe Welding Pneumatic Clamps can be used in any terrain. A "Pull type - travelled" Pipe welding pneumatic clamp is pulled to the next joint (manually).
