Milk Boiler ensures good shelf life and destroys disease-causing microorganisms.The milk cooker is a double-walled vessel with the annular gap containing water, which boils at a lower temperature than the boiling point of milk.Two main types of boilers are used for the generation of steam: the fire tube boiler (which is the most common type in dairies) and the water tube boiler.To boil milk, heat it slowly, stir it while it heats, and make sure you do not overcook it. Turn the heat off as soon as you see bubbles that indicate it's boiling. If you continue to stir it as it cools, it'll be less likely to form a skin on top.
