Mill Power BP10SS304 Masala Grinding Machine is a commercial-grade spice pulverizer designed for consistent output, controlled fineness, and long-life performance in continuous grinding applications. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), this model is a strong fit for small-to-mid scale masala brands, job-work units, food processing plants, and export-oriented spice manufacturers. Powered by a 10 HP drive, BP10SS304 delivers approx. 100 kg/hr production capacity (capacity varies based on spice type, moisture level, sieve selection, and required mesh fineness). With approx. 7.5 kWh power consumption, it offers an efficient balance of productivity and operating cost—ideal for daily production runs of multiple spice varieties. This model features a full SS304 stainless steel body, built with heavy-duty ISI-grade metals, making it suitable for hygienic processing environments and customers who prefer premium corrosion-resistant construction for long-term use. Grinding is performed using a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration, improve grinding stability, and maintain uniform powder quality even under load. The BP10SS304 supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and is available in Single Phase / Three Phase configurations based on installation requirements. The machine is suitable for grinding all types of masala including chilli, coriander, cumin, spices like cinnamon and clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, giving wide flexibility for product diversification. For fineness control and batch versatility, it comes with a 3 Screen Set & all accessories, enabling quick changes in output texture from coarse to finer powders. It includes an AMP Meter & optimal cable setup for monitoring and safe operation. Installation can be done using an anti-vibration pad, and foundation may be required depending on floor condition and working hours. Drive configuration uses a single or double belt & pulley mechanism, depending on model requirement and processing load. (Motor price is extra and depends on selected motor brand such as Crompton or other.) BP10SS304 is part of the BP series range including BP2, BP3, BP5, BP5L, BP5H, BP7.5, BP10, BP15, BP20, BP30, BP40, BP50, covering 20 kg/hr to 500 kg/hr, and is supplied across domestic markets and exports to 30+ countries.
