Mill Power BP5L Masala Grinding Machine is a high-performance pulverizer designed for small to medium spice businesses that need higher output with stable grinding quality. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), BP5L is built for continuous use, strong durability, and consistent fineness control for multiple masala products. The BP5L runs on 5 HP power and delivers around 50 kg/hr production capacity (output depends on spice type, moisture content, and required fineness). With approx. 3.6 kWh energy consumption, it offers a balanced combination of productivity and operating economy. It supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and is available in Single Phase / Three Phase options based on your installation requirements. For long life and heavy-duty working, BP5L is available in Mild Steel or full SS304 Stainless Steel body, manufactured using heavy-duty ISI metals. The machine uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, ensuring smoother operation, reduced vibration, and stable grinding under load. For fineness control, it comes with a 3 Screen Set & all required accessories, allowing different mesh selection for different products. BP5L is suitable for grinding chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, making it ideal for spice shops, small processing units, and traders who need multi-product flexibility. The machine includes an AMP Meter & optimal cable setup for monitoring load and improving electrical safety. Installation can be done with an anti-vibration pad, and depending on usage and flooring, a foundation may be recommended. The drive system can be single or double belt & pulley, depending on model requirement and load handling. The BP series offers a complete range from BP2 to BP50 with capacities from 20 kg/hr to 500 kg/hr, and Mill Power machines are supplied across India and exported to 30+ countries.
