Mill Power BP10 Masala Grinding Machine is a high-output spice pulverizer built for commercial masala production, retailers, and small-to-medium manufacturing units that require faster grinding with consistent fineness. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), BP10 is engineered for heavy-duty performance and reliable long-term operation. The BP10 operates on 10 HP power and delivers approx. 100 kg/hr production capacity (output depends on material type, dryness, and selected screen). With approx. 7.5 kWh energy consumption, it offers a strong balance of output and energy efficiency for daily business use. The machine supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and can be supplied in Single Phase / Three Phase options as per site requirements. For durability and hygiene, BP10 is available in Mild Steel or full SS304 Stainless Steel body, made using heavy-duty ISI metals. The grinding system uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, which helps reduce vibration, maintain rotor balance, and improve grinding stability during continuous operation. The machine includes a 3 Screen Set & all accessories, allowing mesh-based control of grinding fineness for different masala products. BP10 is suitable for grinding a wide range of materials such as chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, making it ideal for multipurpose spice processing. For electrical safety and load monitoring, it comes with an AMP Meter & optimal cable setup. Installation can be done using an anti-vibration pad, and for high-load continuous use, foundation may be recommended depending on floor strength and operating conditions. The drive system is single or double belt & pulley, selected based on the model configuration and grinding load requirements. (Motor price is extra and depends on the motor brand such as Crompton or other.) Mill Power BP series includes BP2 to BP50, offering production capacities from 20 kg/hr to 500 kg/hr, and is supplied to domestic markets and exports to 30+ countries.
