Product Details
The MVX-3 is a Live Ice Cream Batch Freezer that uses three autonomous tanks and separate controllers for each flavour to make three different types of ice cream at the same time. Freshly churned Gelato, Sorbet, and Natural Ice-Creams could be churned, displayed, and served using this machine. For improved operation, the Control Panel has a reset function, churner control, Ice-Cream density and temperature control, and Night Storage Mode. Allows the user to add dry fruits, fresh fruits, chocolate pieces, cookies, flavours, and other ingredients at any stage during the process. Once the ice cream is ready to serve, it could be served/scooped at any time. The Transparent Lid allows users to see the entire Ice-Cream making process. When the lid is opened, the churner automatically stops. Night Storage Mode with automatic controls enables Ice-Cream to be stored over night without impacting the product's quality. All parts that come into contact with the ice cream are made of high-quality stainless steel and non-toxic food grade material.
