• The entire outer envelope will be made of 16 SWG CRCA sheet with antirust coating, construction is rigid & modular which allows easy maintenance, dismantling, shifting and reassembling without any loss in acoustic properties. • The entire unit comes in knock down condition and will be assembled at site. • Total panel thickness will be 100mm. Insulation • one dampening layer 1.2mm thick will be pasted on inner side of the CRCA sheet • having density 2000kg/m3 following 4" 96Kg/m2 Rockwool insulation • covered with 2 layers of industrial tissue paper of 50 GSM • with 0.6 mm thick GI perforated of sail bokaro make on top having dia 3 mm and it has perforation of 42%, this form will offer insulation and isolation for all range of frequencies. Double glazed window and acoustically treated door will ensure proper noise reduction. Doors and windows • One number of Acoustic doors with complete hardware, locking mechanism and handle will be give; door shall be fitted with neoprene gasket all around to avoid any air gaps. Hardware • Anti ruts, SS hardware to avoid rusting. Jack Panel • Jack panel set (appropriate socket and jack pins will be provided as per the compatibility of audiometer based on your requirement. Well in advance the compatible jacks (stereo/ monaural/ AV jacks) with Acoustic vision panel • One no of chemically treated acoustic double glazed unit of appropriate size will be given, 6mm thick toughened clear glasses on both side with 12mm air gap of in filled argon and sealed by
