MOLYKOTE D-6927 Anti-Friction Coating is a heat-cured, black coating that can be used on metal and plastic parts to reduce friction and wear: Composition: A dispersion of solid lubricants in an organic resin-solvent Applications: For low to medium loads on automotive parts like brake systems, door and locking mechanisms, safety belts, springs, pins, washers, and air-conditioner pistons Temperature range -60°C to 240°C Shelf life: 720 days when kept in its original sealed container at ambient temperature How to use: Stir well before use MOLYKOTE Anti-Friction Coatings (AFCs) are dry films that can be applied by spraying, brushing, dip-spinning, roll-coating, screen printing, tumbling spraying, HVLP spraying, or coil-coating. They can help improve safety, reliability, and performance by: Controlling friction and wear Preventing component failures Extending lubrication intervals Reducing production and operating costs Providing dry, clean lubrication
