- Pulverizer is used for coarse and fine grinding with standard mill for fariable materials in a single unit. Pulverizer designed for spices, cattle feed plant, pulverizers use in flour mill for refraction grinding & daliya cutting. It also used in besan plant. Material which are pulverized by the pulverizer bullet Wheat Spices Pulses Coffee Seeds Coal Zinc oxide Plaster of paris Glue Malt Tobacco Soya bean Corn Cereals Mullein Animal feed Herbs Chemicals & pharmaceuticals etc.
Features:
- The Pulverizer is supplied as a self contained unit as shown in the view. The main shaft is supported on ball bearings and carries the rotors disc on which are pivoted the steel hammers. The main 6 casing is of a special M.S., Iron. The Special alloy steel hammers are made reversible so that they can be turned round when the leading face is worn out. Thus securing maximum life from hammers. The Fan attached to the machine shaft removes the finished products from the Grinding chambers and automatically delivers this in to the Collector.
