In the design of the Movable CLC Plant, the primary goal is that the machine produces construction materials with flexibility and efficiency at work sites. Because the manufacturer uses stainless steel to build the unit, the metal does not corrode easily and remains functional for a long duration. As the plant features a frame on wheels, workers can transport the equipment and install it rapidly at different locations. For every batch that the machine processes, the container holds 1500 liters of material, which is a volume that meets the needs of projects that are medium or large in size. To provide power the system uses a unit that produces 2 horsepower and requires a 280-volt electrical supply. By using this configuration, the machine performs its tasks without using excessive electricity. Due to the 50 Hz frequency of the electrical current, the movements of the internal parts are steady. It is a suitable tool when a team needs to create Cellular Lightweight Concrete at the location where they are building.
