Distillery Grain Cleaning & Milling System Vertex industries has designed developed & installed systems for Grain Silo Loading & Unloading. For silo loading we have installed systems of 250 MT per hour capacity at many places. Grain silos is the need of today & the main component of silo system is the loading & unloading equipments developed Bucket Elevator, Drag Chain Conveyor, Belt Conveyor, Slide Gate valve, Diverter valve. Vertex industries also provides small square / rectangular type Grain storage Bins & Silos of various capacities. These storage bins are also manufactured in cluster design as per customer requirements. Grain Cleaning & Milling Plants For Distillery & Beveriy Industries: Vertex Industries design, manufacture & supply Grain Cleaning, Grinding with flour conveying plants for various distilleries on Turnkey basis of 2 MT/hr to 20 MT/hr. Capacity & More. The Following process operations are needed to transform grain into high grade flour for Distilleries plants. 1) Pre - cleaning: - It removes lumps of soil, light particles, pebbles etc.2) Magnetic Separators: - It removes iron particles from the grain3) De-stoner: - We provide vacuum type de-stoner, which removes stones from the grains.4) Grinding Mill: - Vertex offer specially designed star type Hammer Mill. This single Mill is giving upto 10 TPH on grains with suitable Screen Size & Electric Motor.5) Screening of ground Flour: - Vertex offer Roto Sifter which gives require particle Distribution size of flour for proper fermentation.6) Flour Storage Silos: - Vertex & Design Fabricate the Day - Bin - Flour storage silos as per customers require capacity like 25 MT, 30 M.7) Bin Activators: - Vertex Incorporate this Equipment in silos for proper unloading of the flour. It fitted on such a way that it ensures dust - free operation's, 50 MT etc.8) Weigh Hopper with load cell: - Weigh feeder controller is a micro controller based state of the art design automatic weighing bases feeding controller which controls the material & stores the data with the time stamp.9) Liquidfiction: - We offer PREASHER in SS construction with Proper Nozzle.
