Turbo Electro-Polishing is a special Machine which increases your productivity with reduction in cost and improvement in quality. Electro-polishing of metal involves passage of electric current through a rough piece while it is submerged in a specially-designed ELECTROPOLISHING chemical, along with suitable MEDIAS for abrassive effect. When used, the process removes Gold, Silver, copper, Nickel, Palladium, zinc, as well as non metallics from the surface. Raw pieces are directly inserted in this Machine for few hours (depending on deburring and finishing required). the surface of the pieces, will then become smooth and the pieces will be polished. 90% of your filling and 75% of your pre-polishing work will be done in few hours, without involvement of lobor.Key Features: Ø Easy Metal recovery. Ø Reduces filling work up to 90% Ø Reduces polishing work up to 75% Ø Enhances shine of metal and diamonds surface. Ø Gives very smooth surface finishing. Ø Does not harm stones.
