Automatic Bottle Lug Capping Machine is a versatile machine that is used for locking and sealing of lug or even to twist off caps of glass jars used for jam, sauce, pickles and other ingredients. There are plenty of models offered by our manufacturing unit.A capping machine is a piece of machinery that tightens or secures a cap onto a container. Some capping machines also apply the cap to the container before they are tightened.Bottles are placed on platform to be pressed and cap rotated in single operation. As lugs of bottle and cap get attached, it give perfect sealing on the bottle. In case, material inside the bottle is hot, it creates some level of vacuum to preserve the food inside.It helps in easy and speedy sealing. The method is used for different types of containers and mostly used for foods, drugs, chemicals and petroleum products. The Heat Induction Sealer (HIS) or Heat Induction Liners play a crucial part in the sealing process. HIS Liner consists of four layers viz.
