It's especially useful for separating paramagnetic and ferromagnetic materials. How It Works: Feeding Hopper: The raw material is fed into the hopper. Vibratory Conveyor: The material passes over a vibrating tray or deck that spreads it into a thin layer. Magnetic Separation Zone: Powerful permanent magnets or electromagnets attract magnetic impurities (like iron pieces). The magnetic particles stick to the surface while non-magnetic materials move forward. Stone Separation Zone: Airflow or vibration helps remove heavier stones from the grain, pushing them to a separate outlet. Key Features: Removes both magnetic and non-magnetic impurities (like stones). Often made from stainless steel to ensure hygiene and durability.
