Description. Automatic ROPP cap sealing machine is versatile, self-supported on stainless steel leg with height adjustable adjustment system. The machine is precision built on sturdy welded steel frame completely enclose in stainless steel sheet and doors are provided to facilitate the servicing of machine.Roll-on-pilfer-proof (ROPP) caps are made from aluminium. The thread is formed by the capping head as the cap is applied to the bottle. Small metal discs on the rotating capping head follow the thread on the bottle forming a thread on the aluminium cap and tucking under the tamper evident ring.Capping machines are extensively used in liquid good manufacturing industries in pharmaceutical and FMCG industries to apply cap or lid to every container securely in the packaging process. The machine helps you to speed up the manufacturing process with sanitization and quality.
