Roll On Pilfer Proof (ROPP) caps are widely used in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry for securing both glass and metal bottles. This ROPP capping machine can cap up to 300-600 bottles per hour (assuming continuous use by one operator).Roll-on-pilfer-proof (ROPP) caps are made from aluminium. The thread is formed by the capping head as the cap is applied to the bottle. Small metal discs on the rotating capping head follow the thread on the bottle forming a thread on the aluminium cap and tucking under the tamper evident ring.Capping machines are extensively used in liquid good manufacturing industries in pharmaceutical and FMCG industries to apply cap or lid to every container securely in the packaging process.
