The Nexans Euromold M480TB (specifically the M480TB/G range) is a screened separable tee connector designed for terminating polymeric insulated cables (XLPE/EPR) into Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS), transformers, and motors.Key Technical SpecificationsThe "M" prefix typically denotes a voltage class for systems up to 36kV (), though the 480TB range itself is designed to handle up to 42kV depending on the specific kit configuration. Voltage Class (): Up to 42kV (Standard ratings include 12kV, 24kV, 36kV, and 42kV). Current Rating: 630A when installed on Interface C1 bushings. 1250A when installed on Interface C2 bushings. Bushing Interface: Interface C (Compact) as per CENELEC EN 50180 and 50181 standards. Conductor Size: Accommodates cross-sections from 50mm² to 300mm² (some variants up to 630mm²).
