Nitrogen flushing displaces the oxygen along with other impurities in the package or bag in which the food is placed. This changes the environment inside the food packaging. Nitrogen is an inert gas and does not affect the taste or texture of the food product.Nitrogen Flushing Machine are suitable for Individual Bag Sealing and adopt electronic constant temperature control system and speed transmission mechanism. It can seal sealable film materials.When Nitrogen is flushed, it displaces oxygen and cushions the content. Nitrogen does not react with foods like oxygen does so the food stays fresh for longer. Nitrogen does not affect the flavor or texture of the processed food making the food perfect for preservation.Gas flushing is a process in which various types of inert gas (most commonly nitrogen) or other gases are injected inside, sucked out, and re-injected repetitively to remove oxygen from food packaging. Gas flushing is the most common type of modified atmosphere packaging.By modifying the atmosphere inside the package, food packaging with nitrogen preserves quality, slows down spoilage and extends the products' shelf life. Nitrogen also cushions and protects delicate foods inside the package from being crushed during handling.One vessel is filled with compressed air at high pressure and runs its cycle, then the other vessel takes over immediately to ensure a continuous stream of nitrogen. When the pressure is released on the first vessel, the oxygen is released back into the air and the process keeps repeating itself.
