Nitrogen Flushing Machine, Capacity: 400 pouch/hour removes oxygen and closes pouches at a rate of 400 pouches every hour. It uses 220 V/50 Hz electricity plus a 600 W motor to push nitrogen into the bags and melt the plastic edges together. By replacing oxygen with nitrogen at an even rate, the machine stops food from rotting but also increases the time a product stays safe to eat. The machine occupies a small surface area and has a control panel with few buttons. To keep the hardware in good condition, a technician performs basic cleaning as well as lubrication. Small-to-medium manufacturing businesses use this equipment to pack items into plastic bags. There are wheels and belts that move the pouches through the heat sealers. On the side of the machine, a gauge shows the gas flow levels. In this process the nitrogen gas protects the contents from reacting with air.
