The Octagonal Blender is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing and lubrication process of dry granules homogeneously. Two third of the volume of the Cone Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing, Solid materials are loaded with the loading aperture into the blender. By moving through the various sections, the powder bed mixes axially. However, the speed at which it rotates affects how thorough the mixing is.
Hermetic butterfly valves are used to discharge the mixture via either manual or automatic operation, There are three main types of blenders: countertop blenders, immersion blenders and personal blenders. The countertop blender is the classic kitchen appliance featuring a motor base beneath a jar with blades inside. A personal blender is a smaller version of this that usually makes 1-2 servings at a time.
