OKS 1103 is an electrically insulating, silicone-based heat sink paste designed to protect sensitive electronic components from overheating by improving thermal coupling to heat sinks or metal housings. It is characterized by high heat conductivity, resistance to acids and lyes, and a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +180°C. Applications include semiconductors, sensors, probes, and measuring instruments, where it facilitates optimal heat transfer and cold transfer for Peltier elements.
