This is a relative measure of combustion resistance of materials in the context of atmospheric oxygen. Temperature Index is the temperature at which the vertically held sample ceases to off on its own within 3 minutes at an Oxygen concentration of 21% i.e. atmospheric air. These tests are generally carried out as specified in ASTM-D-2863 Standard.                Standard method of test for inflammability of using the Oxygen Index  Method ) having easy sample loading & ignition system and direct read-out  of the critical oxygen index to a high degree of accuracy. It eliminates  operator error & calculations. Provided with Indian Analyser. Oxygen,Nitrogen cylinder & their regulators are not provided  with the equipment.   Note : Indian sensors used in analyser have life of max. 2 years &  after every 1.5 year, you have to replace sensor at additional cost of  Rs. 30000.00 whereas paramagnetic sensor have life span of more than  15 years.
