The HAMCO Air Blowing System for Foaming Test Apparatus is a high-precision laboratory testing station designed to evaluate the foaming tendency and stability of lubricating oils and petroleum fluids. The system features a dual-bath architecture on a mobile floor-standing chassis on casters. It consists of two independently controlled, constant-temperature liquid baths: typically one maintained at a low temperature (240Cor 250C) and the other at an elevated temperature (93.50C or 1500C). A centrally integrated air-blowing control console houses independent mechanical flow regulators and calibrated rota meters (flow meters). This system delivers a continuous, ultra-precise stream of clean, regulated air down into gas-diffusion stones submerged within graduated cylinders containing the oil samples, forcing foam generation under strict empirical timelines.
