Application of Packing Line Conveyors:Suitable for transferring the product from one point to another as well as for performing inspection. Generally used as part of continuous processing food plant. The conveyor takes product to different machines to perform specified tasks.Process:The product is fed on the conveyor belt through the feeding machine or manually into the feed hopper. It passes on to modular belt. The belt moves along the carryway and discharges the product to the next machine at desired height. The conveyor can be equipped with pneumatic actuators to stop, release or divert the product in specified manner.Inclusions:1. Body made of SS pipes and SS sheets. Slots are given in the body for easy cleaning of the conveyor. SS legs are provided in the machine2. PVC/PU food grade belt3. PP support sheet on which the belt runs along the length of the conveyor. The support sheet is mounted on a framework made of SS angles.4. Return rollers made of SS for easy movement of belt on return side5. SS drive and driven rollers6.
