Product Details
The Salt Spray Tester is a sturdy lab machine that checks how well metals and paints resist rust. A heater warms the sealed box from room temperature up to 45 °C - during the test the air inside the box stays at 35 °C plus or minus 2 °C. The heater keeps the same temperature within 2 °C and the display shows every 0.1 °C change so the operator sees small shifts. The cabinet uses thick plastic but also solid parts and the control system runs the same cycle each time - every test gives matching rust spot results in far fewer hours than outdoor weather would need. Car factories, electronics plants, aircraft workshops as well as paint makers all use the box to prove their parts will not corrode too soon. The unit is built in India and follows the same rules used in Europe, America besides Asia - the numbers it gives are trusted everywhere. A clear keypad or a front door seal let one person load samples, set the timer and start the fog of salty water without extra tools - the test runs on its own while the lab works on other jobs.
