This machine is used for sealing laminated pouches manually. It is operated using a pedal. After the product is filled in the pouch, it is placed between the sealers and the pedal is pressed which ultimately heat seals the pouch.Sealing machines are used to seal containers with liquids, granules, powders, and sprays for consumer, bulk, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) supply shipments. Packaging materials include aerosol containers, bags and pouches, blister packs, bottles and jars, as well as cartons and boxes.The food industry can benefit a lot from having an automatic sealing machine because plastic packaging helps conserve many food items such as meat, cheeses as well as some pre-made dishes that otherwise run the risk of getting contaminated before reaching the customers.The system's sealing head produces an electromagnetic field that heats up the foil liner inside the cap. The hot foil in turn melts the polymer coating on the inner-seal. The heat, coupled with the pressure of the cap, causes the inner-seal to bond to the lip of the container resulting in a hermetic seal.
