Product Details
For the quick and hands free sealing of plastic bags plus pouches in small to medium packaging operations, the Foot Operated Sealing Machine is suitable. It operates on 220 V/50 Hz with impulse power between 1.2 and 1.5 kW. To suit different types of film, the heating time is adjustable from 0 - 2.5 seconds. With sealing lengths of 450 - 650 mm and a sealing width of 2 - 5 mm, the unit creates seals that are uniform but also orderly. By using the foot pedal control, the operator keeps both hands free so that they handle material at a higher speed. Due to a weight of 21 - 24 kg and a base that occupies a small area, the machine is easy to move as well as occupies little space on benchtops or packing stations. And because it is easy to activate, it allows an operator to seal items rapidly and repeatedly without becoming tired. In its construction, the parts are strong or the controls are uncomplicated, which ensures that the machine functions for long periods and requires little repair.
