The Brick Shape Vacuum Packing Machine is a tool for the vacuum packaging of items that have the shape of a brick and weigh up to 15 kg in facilities that use semi automatic production methods. In the VCD-550, there is a single chamber that measures 550 × 100 × 500 mm. For the closing of bags, it uses a sealing bar with a length of 550 mm. By using a 750 W element, the machine creates seals that are strong plus hold securely for items that are heavy or occupy a large amount of space. It runs on single phase 230 V electricity and has a mass of 175 kg. Due to its build but also design, the machine is easy for operators to use in food, chemical or industrial settings.
