A paddy dehusker with aspirator is a crucial component in modern rice milling systems. It performs two key tasks: removing the husk from raw paddy and separating the husk from brown rice using airflow. This combination ensures efficient processing and high-quality output. ⚙️ Working Mechanism Dehusking: Paddy is fed between two rubber rollers that apply uniform pressure to strip off the outer husk. Aspirator Separation: The resulting mixture of brown rice, husk, and unhulled paddy is passed through an aspirator, which uses air suction to separate the lighter husk from heavier rice grains.
