The Paint Booth System is an efficient and safe painting system for manufacturing industries. It runs at 280 V and can be used with a capacity of 5 to 20 HP. This system uses liquid paint and can be applied to materials such as steel, aluminum, and iron. The booth is built from steel, aluminum, and iron with the dimensions being 7050 x 5250 x 3600 mm in size.
This gives one ample space to carry on painting operations. it's semi-automatic and makes the painting process simpler while the quality of painting is highly maintained. Fast color change is supported, and changes between different paint jobs can take place quickly. With an air capacity of 200,000 CMH and an air velocity of 0.8, this booth keeps the environment clean without allowing any overspray and smoke.
The down draft system of airflow makes sure that coats are even on the surfaces undergoing painting. It also is available with lateral undershot type and cross-flow type direction of air-flow for flexible mode of operations. This system is available as new only, with a minimum order quantity of one piece. It comes with a one-year warranty, ensuring reliability and peace of mind for users.
