Concrete pan mixers are power-operated machines to blend raw materials such as sand, cement, grit, fly ash, aggregates, etc. to prepare a homogeneous concrete. They contain rotating blades or rollers within a stationary pan-like container to mix the raw material.It is designed to give effi cient mixing of both dry and wet materials. The mixing pan is removable and tilts for easy access to the pan and emptying on completion of the mixing operation. It is rotated by a turntable driven by a protected electric motor.The Rapid pan concrete mixer is a high capacity concrete mixer ideally suited to the ready mix industry, offering large outputs from 0.5m3 to 4m3.Pan mixers ensure that the mixture has the equal proportion of all the materials which is not possible when it is done by humans. Faster than traditional methods: Unlike humans, the machine works much faster and efficiently. It works 20 times faster with the complete satisfaction.The mixer is the central hub where sound signals from different sources are combined and mixed. Effects and ambience can also be added, EQ and stereo imaging are balanced and then the output is directed to the monitor speakers using the mixer.
