With the function of double-side recognition and secondary sorting, RS series color sorter is designed for granular material sorting.
Equipped with imported high sensitivity Polychromatic (4096 pixels), Nikon lens, high speed FPGA process control system, high speed electromagnetic mechanism, and Proface color touch screen as operation interface, the machine is a combination of optics, mechanics, electronics and pneumatics technology.
Based on high accuracy, high efficiency, easy operation, compact structure and elegant appearance, the color sorter can automatically eliminate abnormal-colored particles from source material.
The devices are widely used in food, oil, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries, mainly used to sort rice, sesame, sea buchthorn, beans, industrial raw material and other granular materials.
