Application of Peas Blanching Machine:Suitable for the blanching of green peas. The pea grains are passed through heated water for the specified amount of time which deactivate enzymes.Process of Blanching:The green peas are fed through hopper inside the perforated drum. The drum is submerged in the heated water which facilitates blanching. The product moves forward inside the drum due to screw action which is controlled by VFD. Thus ensuring precise blanching time.
