Perforated wooden acoustic wall / Ceiling panel system with finishing of 16 mm thick perforated Pre Laminated MDF board, Density – 800 Kg/m3 as per IS2380, Part – III 1977, Water Absorption (Max.) after 02 Hours 4.33% as per IS 2380 Part –XVI – 1977, Screw Withdrawal Strength (Min.) at face 1890 N as per IS 2380 Part XIV - 1977 also complies to Resistance of Steam, Resistance of Crack, Resistance of Cigarette burn & Resistance to stain. The wooden acoustic panel size will be 600 x 600 / 600 x 1200 / 600 mm x 2440mm and Hole size will be 8 / 10mm per acoustic design / Architects approval , all joints of wooden acoustic panel having dowel connection at 300mm c/c to avoid any sagging /unevenness . The perforated acoustic panel laminated in desired color shade as per Engineer In charge / Architect's approval.
