A Permanent Magnetic Suspension Separator is a type of magnetic separator that is suspended above a conveyor belt or vibrating feeder to continuously remove ferrous contaminants (like iron bits, bolts, and wire) from bulk materials without the need for electrical power. ⚙️ Working Principle: A powerful permanent magnet (usually made from ferrite or rare-earth materials) is suspended over a conveyor. As material passes beneath, ferrous metals are attracted to the magnetic field. These contaminants stick to the magnet's surface and can be manually cleaned or automatically discharged (in self-cleaning models with a moving belt). �� Key Features: No electricity required (ideal for remote or power-limited locations). Available in manual clean or self-cleaning (belt type) configurations. Can be mounted in-line (over the head pulley) or cross-belt.
