It is basically designed for milling purpose associated with declined plastic materials that is required to be grinded into small pieces. Using the unique steel metal, blades are chosen according to the materials that have to be grinded.A reverse vending machine (RVM) is a machine that allows a person to insert a used or empty glass bottle, plastic bottle, or aluminum can in exchange for a reward.The bottle to bottle recycling process is fully continuous and integrates extrusion as a first process section and solid-state polycondensation as a second process section into one integrated system. A fully advanced automatic and intelligent control system can be built in the line for easy and better operation.It is a two-stage process: Sorting is mainly done automatically with a manual sort to ensure all contaminants have been removed. Once sorted and cleaned, plastic can either be shredded into flakes or melt processed to form pellets before finally being moulded into new products.
