Product Details
A PID Temperature Controller is a device used to automatically control temperature by adjusting heating or cooling output. PID stands for Proportional, Integral, and Derivative—three control actions that work together to maintain a set temperature accurately. Proportional (P): Responds to current error (difference between setpoint and actual temperature). Integral (I): Eliminates steady-state error over time. Derivative (D): Predicts future error and reduces overshoot. PID controllers are widely used in ovens, furnaces, HVAC systems, plastic molding machines, and industrial heating processes for precise and stable temperature control.
