Key Features of Two Row Linear Ball Bearings: Design: As the name suggests, two rows of balls are arranged inside the bearing raceway. The two rows of steel balls roll between the inner and outer races, allowing for smooth movement along the axis of the bearing. The outer race is typically a cylindrical or rectangular shape, while the inner race is designed to fit onto a shaft or rail for linear motion. Ball Arrangement: The balls are arranged in two parallel rows within the bearing assembly. The advantage of having two rows of balls is that it can handle higher loads and provide more stability in comparison to single-row bearings. Load Capacity: Due to the double row ball arrangement, these bearings can handle both radial (perpendicular to the axis) and axial (along the axis) loads simultaneously.
