Pioneer ELASATOSEAL is waterproofing sealantProduct Description Elastoseal is a single component, ready to use elastomeric rubber sealant for superior weatherproo ng and sealing of most construction joints. This material cures rapidly to a tough, full bodied, waterproof seal that maintains its joint movement capability and adhesion. Key Features • Highly resistant to ultraviolet rays • Highly resistant to weather and temperature changes • Cures to a paintable surface • Works on wet roofs and other surfaces that are not permanently submerged underwater. Applications • Seals joints, gaps and holes on roofs, gutters, ashings, downspouts and drainpipes. • Seals and adhere PVC pipes and xtures. • Seals cracks and mating points of concrete and other construction materials needing a exible seal. • Seals perimeters, gaps and joints between metal, glass and concrete. The material cures rapidly to a tough, fullbodied, elastic, waterproof seal that maintain its joint movement capability and adhesion for many years. CHARACTERISTICS Its advanced formulation is highly resistant to UV rays, temperature changes and cures to a paintable surface. It works on wet roofs and other surfaces that are not permanently submerged underwater. AREAS OF APPLICATION - Seal holes, gaps and joints in roofs, gutters, flashing, downspouts and drain pipes. - Seals cracks and mating points of concrete and other construction materials needing a flexible seal. - Seals perimeters, gaps, and joints between metal, glass and concrete. INSTRUCTION FOR USE Surface Preparation. Surfaces must be clean and free from oil, grease and loose particles. Roughen or wire brush smooth or coated surfaces to ensure good adhesion. Method. Using a spatula, apply continuous deep into gap or hole to fill completely. Sealant should ideally overlap repaired and sealed surfaces. Any excess sealant need to be level-off with a trowel or spatula. Cleaning. Wipe all excess materials. Clean used spatulas with thinner. Health and Safety Precautions CAUTION: Combustible. Use only with adequate ventilation. Use gloves. Keep away from source of ignition-no smoking. If contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Any wet or partially wet sealant can be removed by scrapping and use of solvent. Dried sealant is best removed with a scraper or by sanding. OTHERS PACKAGING ELASTOSEAL is available in Can - 385ml (500g) Pouch - 65ml (85g) WARRANTY RCI warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. RCI's sole obligation and Buyer's exclusive remedy in connection with the products shall be limited, at RCI's option, to either replacement of products not conforming to this Warranty or credit to Buyer's account in the invoiced amount of the nonconforming products. Any claim under this Warranty must be made by Buyer to RCI in writing within five (5) days of Buyer's discovery of the claimed defect, but in no event later than the expiration of the applicableAdditional Information:
