Product Details : Auto feed (Bunch Cutting) Auto Clamping, Auto Cut piece Ejecting, PLC & Servo Control Machine, Length Accuracy within / - 0.15 mm. programmable up to 3 different lengths. Main Motor 3 HP/3HP (1400/2800), Output RPM = Variable between 22-90 Clamping Source us Hydraulic. Cutting feeding source - Hydraulic. A fully automatic cutting machine with bundle cut option. Standard 90 (45 on demand). Servo-PLC control machine with 7" touch screen interface with programmable cutting schedule. User can feed in 3 different sizes, each size can have counter stopper and resettable counter for complete data keeping. Apart of this, an additional sub program (cut length) can be fed to make sure maximum cutting of given pipe and minimum waste. 6 interlock/protection (alarms) eliminate malfunction or accident due human or other circumstantial mistakes/error. Length tolerance within /- 0.15 mm.
