Description
The Plastic Vertical Injection Machine -A top notch machine built for exact plus smooth operations in plastic molding. It offers a 55-ton clamping force and works with different mold sizes. The 3.0 KW barrel heating power creates perfect temperatures for material processing. The 19 mm space between mold and nozzles helps accurate injection also reduces waste. With a 3.2-ton ejection force, it removes molded parts reliably. A 3.5 KW (5 HP) electric motor powers the hydraulic pump which produces 19 L/min for steady work. The machine runs at 1500 kg/cm² injection pressure to fill molds perfectly. Its max injection speed ranges from 0-250 mm which speeds up production. The specs are really practical: 1600 mm (L) x 655 mm (W) x 2710 mm (H) - just right for most workspaces. At 10,360 kg, this solid machine meets tough manufacturing needs. The material hopper fits 15 kg along with mold heights from 100 mm to 300 mm. The HK 1.5T150 features a 300 mm mold slide stroke plus 600 mm horizontal mold space for varied designs.
