Brush Sanding Machine is specially developed for uniform sanding operation on plywood, block board and flush door. With new brushing concept it will provide consistent grain and roughness as desire against belt process. The brush required less brushing time and work long lasting.Brush sanding removes loose or jagged pieces of wood from a product before the finishing phase. Manufacturers commonly use brush sanders when fabricating flat or profiled wood items, like cabinet doors, moulding and flat-panel doors.Belt sanders rotate a continuous band of abrasive; disk sanders rotate the flat abrasive disk in a circular pattern; drum sanders turn a cylindrical abrasive surface; and vibrating sanders move the abrasive material back and forth in short motions.
