Process: Raw bitumen and the modifier (polymer or crumb rubber) are continuously fed and dosed automatically via a PLC control panel into a premixing tank. From there, the mixture is pumped directly through a high-shear homogeniser to ensure microscopic particle breakdown and flawless blending in a single pass. Batch Type System: Best For: Smaller setups, specific customized recipes, or lower budgets. Process: Bitumen and modifiers are weighed and fed into larger tanks (often ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 litres).
