This Schopper Riegler Type Beating and Freeness Tester offers accurate and reliable measurement of pulp drainage, expressed as SR (Schopper Riegler) number, which helps determine the beating quality of pulp. Salient Features: Precise Design: The tester is engineered for accuracy in measuring pulp drainage, ensuring reliable results for pulp quality analysis. Pneumatic Sealing Cone Lifting: The equipment features a pneumatic system that provides a constant lifting rate for the sealing cone, ensuring uniform and controlled drainage testing. Semi-Automatic Operation: The system offers semi-automatic sealing cone lifting, optimizing ease of use and consistency in testing. Calibrated Nozzle: The nozzle is calibrated according to SR standards, ensuring precise and standardized drainage measurements. Plexiglas Measuring Cylinder: The test is conducted using a transparent Plexiglas measuring cylinder, which allows for easy monitoring and accurate Schopper Riegler value measurements.
