Plastic Spin Welding Machine - 50 mm, 1000 RPM, Pneumatic designed for precision welding of plastic components in industrial manufacturing applications. Due to the 1500 W power system, the device maintains an even state while it runs without interruption. In an industrial setting, the machine produces between 5 and 10 finished pieces every minute. By using a PLC control system, the machine manages the process so that every weld is the same as the previous one. For each part the cycle time is between 5 and 10 seconds. As a result of this speed, the output is frequent and regular. There is a high level of accuracy in how the machine functions during manufacturing tasks. With this design the machine is effective for many different types of plastic parts.
