A Portable Powder Conveying System is a compact, mobile, and fully enclosed powder transfer solution designed for safe, dust-free, and efficient material movement in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and allied industries. Mounted on a wheeled trolley, it allows easy movement between multiple process equipment such as mixers, blenders, reactors, FBDs, sieving stations, and packaging lines.

Powered by a high-efficiency vacuum pump or blower, the system creates a controlled airflow that gently conveys powders through a stainless-steel pipeline to the desired discharge point. Its cGMP design, tool-free dismantling, and easy cleanability make it ideal for frequent batch changes and hygienic applications.

Working Principle

1. Vacuum Generation
   A vacuum pump generates negative pressure inside the conveying receiver.

2. Material Suction
   Powder is drawn from the source (bags/bin/silo/drum) through the inlet suction using a pickup nozzle.

3. Cyclone Separation
   Air and product enter the receiver; solids settle while air passes through filters.

4. Filter Cleaning
   Automatic pulse jet / reverse air cleaning ensures continuous conveying without clogging.

5. Discharge Cycle
   Once the receiver fills, the discharge valve opens, allowing powder to fall into the process vessel.

6. Repeat Cycles
   The system operates in set conveying cycles until the entire batch is transferred.
