Pre Cleaner having minimum three screens with double scalping and one grading operation. Sieve to separate chaff and other contaminants larger & smaller that seed size with double stage aspiration system to blow out light material & a setting chamber. Standard features:•Capacity: 5 TPH (Based on wheat, at 12% moisture and 10% impurities).•Feeding hopper•Dynamically balanced blower fan.•Waste produce spout on side with bag holding clamps.•All M.S sheets components will be made on CNC machine.•Air control system .•Total motor HP will not be more than 6 HP. (Crompton/ Kirloskar/ Havel's or any standard make).•Screen perforation will be cleaned by rubber balls.•Shaft: 62 mm, drawn shaft.
